The motion was seconded by Councilman Armstrong and passed unanimously. Claims No. 5640 to 5712 in the amount of $15,629.97 were approved and ordered paid with the suggestion of Councilman Armstrong included that Claims No. 56880 5691,'5674,. 5709 57100 5711, 56880 58683, 5678, 5677, 5697, 5696, 5694 and 5695, be charged to the 1944-45 budget, on motion of Councilman McNulty seconded by Councilman Armstrong. Collins, Fire thief M. E. Ryan; Building Inspector L. M. Duncan, City Collector Nelle L. Miramontes, Street Superintendent H. L. Winter, Absent; Council- man Britschgi. Minutes of the previous meeting were approved as mailed on motion 60 Councilman Anderson, seconded by Councilman McNulty. Under the question, Councilman Granger raised the question concerning pump report submitted by the. City Manager several meetings ago. He felt the report as incorporated in the minutes was not in its entirety and asked that it be corrected. Motion passed unanimously. 67
