Councilman Anderson moved, seconded by Councilman Fletcher, that the.petition together with the previous request for sidewalks on Jefferson Avenue be reported on by the City Engineer's office by the next meeting and that the report be in such a condition that the. Council can act on it at that time. Motion passed unanimously. City Clerk Dodgeiresented resolution authorizing transfer of portion of unbudgeted reserve in the amount of 0876.4.2 to cover departmental expenditures for the fiscal year 1944_45, which Included. Municipal Building, light and heat, $15.40; Animal Shelter, gas and electricity 013.29; Electrical Department, street lighting, $760.32; Electrical Department, electricity, other $75.01; Sewer Department, electricity; $9.40. Mr. Dodge explained that this was necessary because of its being the 13th payment in the fiscal year. Councilman Armstrong offered resolution and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman rletcher. On roll call, resolution was unanimously adopted. City Attorney McCarthy presented resolution correcting the minutes of the meeting of June 4, 1945, which had inadvertently omitted showing the adoption of a motion to"file.affidavit of publication of Ordinance No. 521 and adoption of said ordinance. RESOLUTION NO. 219 CORRECTING THE MINUTES OF THE CITY COUNCIL WHEREAS, the minutes of the meeting of the City Council.of the City of Redwood City held on June 4, 1945 inadvertently omit to show the adoption of a motion to order filed the Affidavit of Publication of Ordinance No. 521, and the adoption of said ordinance; and WHEREAS, this omission in the minutes of said meeting has recently been called to the attention of this Council; 75
