DODGE <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />I hereby approve the foregoing Resolution this <br />3d day of February, 1947. <br />W. W. HILTON <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood -City i <br />City Attorney McCarthy advised that the County Tax Collector had sold Lots 7, 9, 10, <br />i <br />Block 3, Jefferson Avenue Addition and that a clear title could not be issued by <br />s <br />the County inasmuch as the city holds the deed. He had prepared a resolution <br />authorizing execution of deed to Dipaloa, et ux. City Manager Blom advised that <br />the real estate committee had established a minimum price on the lots and the <br />County Tax Collector was authorized to sell them with the stipulation that they <br />be sold to the adjoining property owner. City Attorney McCarthy stated he would <br />make certain that the adjoining peoperty owner was the purchaser. Councilman <br />Werder offered resolution authorizing deed to Dipaloa, et ux, and moved its <br />adoption, seconded by Councilman McNulty. On roll call, resolution was unani- <br />mously adopted with Councilman Armstrong absent. <br />City Attorney McCarthy advised that a Mr. DeLorenzo was the record owner of Lot 14, <br />Block 2, Stambaugh Street Addition. He has redeemed the lot from both the county <br />and the city but the city holds the deed. The City Attorney presented a resolu- <br />tion authorizing a deed to Mr. DeLorenzo. Councilman McNulty offered resolution <br />authorizing deed to Mr. DeLorenzo and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman <br />Britschgi. On roll call, resolution was unanimously adopted with Councilman <br />Armstrong absent. <br />RESOLUTION No. 430 <br />AUTHORIZING DEED TO NICOLA DE LORENZO <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that said City of Redwood <br />City convey to NICOLA DE LORENZO <br />i <br />Lot 14 in Block. 2 as shown on that certain Map entitled "MAP OF <br />STAMBAUGH STREET ADDITION REDWOOD CITY SAN�MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" <br />filed in the Office of the County Recorder, said County and State,, <br />on August 17, 1912 in Book S of Maps at page 20, <br />and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute <br />such deed on behalf of said City. <br />1 <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 3d day of February, 1947, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, McNULTY, SWIFT WERDER and Mayor HILTON. <br />i <br />NOES: Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT: Councilman: ARMSTRONG <br />f <br />W.
