HILTON Mayor of the City of Redwood -City i City Attorney McCarthy advised that the County Tax Collector had sold Lots 7, 9, 10, i Block 3, Jefferson Avenue Addition and that a clear title could not be issued by s the County inasmuch as the city holds the deed. He had prepared a resolution authorizing execution of deed to Dipaloa, et ux. City Manager Blom advised that the real estate committee had established a minimum price on the lots and the County Tax Collector was authorized to sell them with the stipulation that they be sold to the adjoining property owner. City Attorney McCarthy stated he would make certain that the adjoining peoperty owner was the purchaser. Councilman Werder offered resolution authorizing deed to Dipaloa, et ux, and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman McNulty. On roll call, resolution was unani- mously adopted with Councilman Armstrong absent. City Attorney McCarthy advised that a Mr. DeLorenzo was the record owner of Lot 14, Block 2, Stambaugh Street Addition. He has redeemed the lot from both the county and the city but the city holds the deed. The City Attorney presented a resolu- tion authorizing a deed to Mr. DeLorenzo. Councilman McNulty offered resolution authorizing deed to Mr. DeLorenzo and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman Britschgi. On roll call, resolution was unanimously adopted with Councilman Armstrong absent. RESOLUTION No. 430 AUTHORIZING DEED TO NICOLA DE LORENZO RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that said City of Redwood City convey to NICOLA DE LORENZO i Lot 14 in Block. 2 as shown on that certain Map entitled "MAP OF STAMBAUGH STREET ADDITION REDWOOD CITY SAN�MATEO COUNTY, CALIFORNIA" filed in the Office of the County Recorder, said County and State,, on August 17, 1912 in Book S of Maps at page 20, and that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby authorized to execute such deed on behalf of said City. 1 Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 3d day of February, 1947, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: Councilmen: BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, McNULTY, SWIFT WERDER and Mayor HILTON. i NOES: Councilmen: NONE ABSENT: Councilman: ARMSTRONG f W.
