<br />The territory herein described and proposed to be annexed to said City of
<br />Redwood City is and shall be known as INDUSTRIAL TRACT.
<br />I hereby certify the foregoing to be a true copy of Resolution No. 459,
<br />adopted by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, California, at a regular
<br />meeting thereof held on the 7th day of April, 1947, at the Council Chambers of the
<br />City Hall, Redwood City.

<br />City Attorney McCarthy reported that the title company report shows that there was a
<br />record of a deed from former City Collector Miramontes to the city of Lot 9,
<br />Block 1,• Resubdivision of Lot 30, Reese Tract and that there was never any delin-
<br />quencies against the property. The deed was dated December, 1938. He had prepared
<br />a resolution authorizing a quit claim deed reciting that the property was erron-
<br />eously deeded to the city. Councilmen Werder offered resolution authorizing a
<br />quit claim deed to Lot 9, Block 1, Resubdivision of Lot 30, Reese Tract, and moved
<br />its adoption, seconded by Councilman McNulty. Under the question, Councilman
<br />Britschgi asked about the lot that must have been delinquent. City Collector
<br />Perrin advised that the lot which was delinquent was Lot 9, Block 1, Resubdivision
<br />of Lot 31,.Reese Tract and that its.had later been redeemed.

<br />RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED TO JOHN M. BIRD.
<br />WHEREAS the real property hereinafter described was erroneously conveyed by
<br />a deed from Nelle L. Miramontes, as City Collector, to the City of Redwood City,
<br />dated September 211 1938, and,recorded in the Office of the County Recorder of
<br />the County of San Mateo, State of California on November 4, 1938; and
<br />WHEREAS no taxes against said property are now or ever have been delinquent:
