�l <br />11 <br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that a quitclaim deed 63 <br />conveying Lot 9 in Block 1 of a re -subdivision of Lot 30 as shown on that certain <br />} map entitiled "Map of the Reese Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm" here- <br />tofore recorded in the office of the County Recorder of said County and State to <br />John M. Bird, be executed by the Mayor and City Clerk of this City. <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the City Council <br />of the City of Redwood City at 4 regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of <br />April, 1947, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />� I <br />Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, MCNULTY, SWIFT, WERDER & HILTON. <br />NOES, Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: NONE <br />W. BIRD, of the City of Redwood City, <br />County of San Mateo, State of California, the second party, all that real property <br />situated -in said City.. County and State particularly described as follows: <br />Lot 9 in Block 1 of a re -subdivision 6f Lot 30, as shown on that certain <br />map entitled "Map of the Reese Subdivision of a part of the Redwood Farm" <br />filed in the office of the County Recorder of the County of San Mateo, <br />4 ' State of California on March 22, 1905 in'Book "Bu of naps at page 5. <br />f CITY CLERK DODGE PRESENTED A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM UNBUDGETED <br />I • <br />RESERVE to Personal Bonds, Parks Auto Expense, Parking Meter Maintenance and <br />Supplies and Police Judge Supplies and Services in the total amount of $1110. The <br />parking meter maintenance covers the cost of changing the location of parking <br />meters. City Manager Blom explained that all parking meter money goes into the <br />i <br />general fund and then the amount required for maintenance is taken out and the <br />balance split 50-50 between the parking meter company and the city. He stated that <br />actually the money would come out of the parking meter revenue, and byhtransferring <br />the money as requested there would be a definite record of the cost of the meters, <br />etc. Councilman Werder offered resolution authorizing -transfer of funds from <br />Unbudgeted Reserve and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman McNulty, On roll <br />call, resolution was unanimously adopted. <br />RESOLUTION No. 460. <br />AUTHORIZING TRANSFER OF FUNDS FROM UNBUDGETED RESERVE <br />RESOLVED that the sum of Eleven Hundred and Ten Dollars be and it is hereby <br />authorized to be transferred by the City Treasurer from the Unbudgeted Reserve to: <br />Acct. #405 Personal Bonds $60.00 <br />Acct. #441-3 Parks Auto Expense 200.00 <br />Acct #444-2 Parking Meter Maintenance and <br />Supplies 700.00 <br />Acct. #407-2 Police Judge Sup. & Services 150.00 <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 7th day of- <br />April <br />f-April 1947 by the following vote: <br />AYES and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, MCNULTY, SWIFT$ WERDER AND HILTON. <br />NOES, and against the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />i <br />
