24. <br />a dlistrict which is particularly described in Exhibit "B" attached hereto and <br />a part hereof, which district and the property therein said Council does here- <br />by determine and declare will be benefitted by said work and improvements, all <br />in accordance with Article II of.Ordinance No.333 of said City, as amended. <br />4. Notice is hereby given that Serial Bonds to represent the unpaid <br />assessments and bear interest at the rate of not to exceed Five (57o) per cent <br />per annum will be issued pursuant to Article III, Sections 1 to 5 inclusive <br />of said Ordinance No. 333 of said City, as amended, commonly known and desig- <br />nated as "Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance " adopted March 14, 19322 <br />the last installment of which bonds shall mature five (5) years from the second <br />day of July next succeeding ten months from their date. <br />5. Except as herein otherwise provided for the issuance of bonds, all of <br />the above proposed work shall be done in pursuance of the provisions of <br />Article II -A of said Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance, as amended. <br />6. Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 4th day of November, 1946, <br />JJ at the hour of eight o'clock P.M. at the Council Chambers of the City Council <br />of said City, in the City Hall of said City, are hereby fixed as the time and <br />place when and where any and all persons interested may appear and show cause, <br />if any they have, why the City Council should not find and determine that the <br />public convenience and necessity require the improvements described and re- <br />ferred to in this resolution, without further compliance with the Special ' <br />Assessment Investigation, Limitation end Majority Protest Act of 1931. <br />7. The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption of this resolution <br />by publishing a Notice of Proposed Local Improvement once in the Redwood City <br />Tribune, a daily newspaper, published and circulated in said City, and by <br />posting the same on or near the Council Chamber door of said Council, said <br />posting and publication to be had at least ten (10) days before said date of <br />hearing. <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Coun- <br />cil of the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the <br />21st day of October, 1946, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br />tion: Councilmen: GRANGER McNULTY, WERDER. <br />NOES, Councilmen: BRITSCHGI, SWIFT and Mayor HILTON. <br />W. HILTON <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />That certain real property situated in the City of Redwood City, County <br />of San Mateo, State of California, particularly described as follows: <br />BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly line of that certain <br />parcel designated Lot "A" on that certain map entitled "Perry's Sub- <br />division of Portions of Lots 13, 14 & 15, Mezesville Villa Lots" <br />filed August 5, 1924, in Volume II of Maps at pages 67 and 68, Offi- <br />cial Records of San Mateo County, California; said point of beginning <br />being distant South 430 00' East 122.72 feet along said Southwesterly . <br />line from the most Westerly corner of said Lot "A'; and running thence <br />North 370 39' East 142.88 feet to a point on the Southwesterly line <br />of Perry Street as that street is shown on the official map of Red- <br />wood City; thence along said Southwesterly line, South 510 21' East <br />3.79 feet; thence South 370 39' West 168.33 feet to a point on the <br />aforesaid Southwesterly line of Lot "A"; thence along said South- <br />westerly line North 430 00' West 177.35 feet to the point of beginning, <br />containing 0.625 acres, more or less. <br />EXHIBIT "B" Ii <br />That certain property in the County of San Mateo, City of Redwood City, <br />State of California, having exterior boundaries as follows: <br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the northeasterly line of E1 <br />Camino Real with the southeasterly line of"Brewster Avenue; running <br />thence southeasterly and along said line of E1 Camino Real to a point <br />thereon whicn is distant northwesterly 92.41 feet northwesterly from <br />the northerly line of 1.1inklebleck Street; running thence northerly <br />
