<br />to accept the offered price of $800 plus $25.25 taxes. It was agreed to pay the
<br />amount of the taxes and Councilman Werder offered resolution accepting deed to Lots
<br />9, 100 12, Block 37, Map No. 2, Central Park, and moved its adoption, seconded by
<br />Councilman Holmquist. On roll call, resolution was unanimously adopted, with
<br />Councilman Swift absent.

<br />ACCEPTING DEED'FROM ANGELO CALLEJO AND MARY CALLEJO, HIS WIFE, AND MICHAEL
<br />DE BRINCAT
<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the deed from ANGELO
<br />CALLEJO and MARY CALLEJO, his wife, and MICHAEL DE BRINCAT and CHARLOTTE DE BRINCAT,
<br />his wife, to the City of Redwood City, dated July 29, 1947, be accepted by and on
<br />behalf of said City, said deed being for the following described property:
<br />Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 in Block 37, as designated on the map entitled
<br />°MAP NO. 2 OF CENTRAL PARK, REDWOOD CITY, SAN MATEO COUNTY", which
<br />map was filed in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo,
<br />State of California, on July 20, 1912, in Book 5 of Maps at pages 15
<br />and lb.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting thereof held on the 4th day of August, 1947, by the following vote:

<br />AUTHORIZING QUITCLAIM DEED FROM CITY OR REDWOOD CITY TO ERNEST K. DAVIS
<br />AND BLANCHE R. DAVIS, HIS WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS
<br />WHEREAS A. McSweene, as Tax .Collector of the County of San Mateo, did on the
<br />5th day of September, 1942, sell the real property hereinafter described for
<br />delinquent taxes of the County of San Mateo, and the City of Redwood City has
<br />received its pro rata share of the moneys received by the County of San Mateo for
<br />taxes and assessments against said property prior to the fiscal year 1941-42;
<br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that said City
<br />Council does hereby authorize the execution of a quitclaim deed from said City to
<br />said Ernest K. Davis and Blanche R. Davis, his wife, of all interest of said City
<br />in said real property hereinafter described, and directs the Mayor and City Clerk
<br />to execute such deed for and on behalf of said City. The property herein referred
<br />to is situated in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California,
<br />and is more particularly described.as follows:
