26 <br />City Attorney McCarthy requested that the matter of setback lines on Winklebleck, <br />James and California be set over for the next meeting. It was so ordered. <br />City Attorney McCarthy presented resolution accepting easement from James and <br />Margaret Corbett for creek purposes near Vera Avenue. Councilman Werder offered <br />resolution accepting easement from James and Margaret Corbett for creek pur- <br />poses near Vera Avenue and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman McNulty. <br />On roll call resolution was adopted with Councilmen Britschgi, Swift and <br />Mayor Hilton absent. <br />RESOLUTION No. 403. <br />ACCEPTING EASEMENT FROM JAMES CORBETT AND MARGARET CORBETT, HIS WIFE. <br />RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of -Redwood City that a grant of <br />an easement from JAMES CORBETT and MARGARET CORBETT, his wife for drainage <br />purposes across Lot 21 in Block 1 of a subdivision of Lot 2b, and across Lots <br />3 and 4 in Block 2 of Magruder's Subdivision of Lot 23 of Wooster, Whitton & <br />Montgomery Subdivision, be accepted and that the Clerk of this Council be and <br />he is hereby directed to cause said grant of said easement, together with a <br />copy of this resolution, duly certified by him, to be recorded in the office <br />of the County Recorder of San Mateo County. <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Coun- <br />cil of the City of Redwood City at 4 regular meeting thereof held on the <br />21st day of October, 1946, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolu- <br />tion: Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, GRANGER, McNULTY, WERDER. <br />NOES, Councilmen: NONE <br />ABSENT, Councilmen: BRITSCHGI, SWIFT and Mayor HILTON. <br />W. Davies to resubdivide Lots 1 and <br />2, Block 6, Wellesley Park. Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Councilman <br />Werder, that the Council concur in the recommendation of the Planning Com- <br />mission. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Communication was received from the Planning Commission recommending favorable <br />action on the application of Louis Rolla to resubdivide Lot 9, Block 1, Oak <br />Knoll Manor. Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Councilman Werder, that <br />the recommendation of the Planning Commission be concurred in. Motion passed <br />unanimously. <br />Communication was received from the Planning Commission recommending favorable <br />action on the petition of David Holder to resubdivide Lot 1 and portion of <br />Lot 2, Block 13, Oak Knoll Manor into five building sites. Sketch was <br />attached. Councilman Werder moved,•seconded by Councilman Granger, that <br />the Council concur in the recommendation of the Planning Commission.
