26 City Attorney McCarthy requested that the matter of setback lines on Winklebleck, James and California be set over for the next meeting. It was so ordered. City Attorney McCarthy presented resolution accepting easement from James and Margaret Corbett for creek purposes near Vera Avenue. Councilman Werder offered resolution accepting easement from James and Margaret Corbett for creek pur- poses near Vera Avenue and moved its adoption, seconded by Councilman McNulty. On roll call resolution was adopted with Councilmen Britschgi, Swift and Mayor Hilton absent. RESOLUTION No. 403. ACCEPTING EASEMENT FROM JAMES CORBETT AND MARGARET CORBETT, HIS WIFE. RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of -Redwood City that a grant of an easement from JAMES CORBETT and MARGARET CORBETT, his wife for drainage purposes across Lot 21 in Block 1 of a subdivision of Lot 2b, and across Lots 3 and 4 in Block 2 of Magruder's Subdivision of Lot 23 of Wooster, Whitton & Montgomery Subdivision, be accepted and that the Clerk of this Council be and he is hereby directed to cause said grant of said easement, together with a copy of this resolution, duly certified by him, to be recorded in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County. The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Coun- cil of the City of Redwood City at 4 regular meeting thereof held on the 21st day of October, 1946, by the following vote: AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolu- tion: Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, GRANGER, McNULTY, WERDER. Davies to resubdivide Lots 1 and 2, Block 6, Wellesley Park. Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Councilman Werder, that the Council concur in the recommendation of the Planning Com- mission. Motion passed unanimously. Communication was received from the Planning Commission recommending favorable action on the application of Louis Rolla to resubdivide Lot 9, Block 1, Oak Knoll Manor. Councilman Granger moved, seconded by Councilman Werder, that the recommendation of the Planning Commission be concurred in. Motion passed unanimously. Communication was received from the Planning Commission recommending favorable action on the petition of David Holder to resubdivide Lot 1 and portion of Lot 2, Block 13, Oak Knoll Manor into five building sites.
