Approved as mailed on motion of Councilman Werder, seconded by <br />Councilman Holmquist and.carried. <br />COMMUNICATION RECEIVED FROM REDWOOD CAB COMPANY requesting six months extension of time <br />to permit receipt of new cars, 5th and 6th taxi permits, After discussion, Councilman <br />Werder moved, seconded by Councilman Swift, that extension of 90 days be granted. <br />Motion carried. <br />PERMISSION GRANTED TO S. 41. VOLL, 447 Madison Avenue to construct duplex dwelling on <br />Lot 7 and a portion of Lot 6, Eagle Hill Addition on motion of Councilman Werder, <br />seconded by Councilman Holmquist with the understanding that no building would be <br />allowed to face on alley in rear. Motion carried. <br />APPLICATION FOR RESTAURANT LICENSE RECEIVED from E. and V. Jacobsen, known as Elliott's <br />Fountain Restaurant, 2095 Broadway. All inspections of the premises were favorable, <br />and license was authorized on motion of Councilman Britschgi, seconded by Council- <br />man Werder, and carried. <br />EDGAR J.
