The following.cash contributions will be made by the City of <br />Redwood City from the following fund for said works, utility and improvements: <br />i <br />One-third (1/3) of the cost of acquisition of the property first herein- <br />above described shall be paid from the proceeds of the 1944 City Plan Bond <br />i Fund. <br />SECTION 8. Notice is hereby given that Serial Bonds to represent unpaid <br />assessments and bear interest at the rate of not to exceed five (5%) per cent <br />per annum will be issued hereunder in the manner provided by the Improvement <br />
