40 <br />tte�supplement agreement to cover the postponing of the installation of <br />sidewalks on the street parallel and adjacent to Woodside Road Copncil- <br />man Armstrong, seconded by Councilman McNulty, that the City Manager be <br />authorized to enter into a supplemental agreement with the Land Development <br />Company, the purpose of which is to provide for the completion of work <br />which is now held up on the street adjacent to and parallel to Woodside <br />Road. Motion passed unanimously. <br />The final map of Hudson Park was presented for approval City Olerk Dodge pre- <br />sented petition signed by property owners on Redwood Avenue and Hudson <br />Street protesting to this subdivision due to the fact that courts are to <br />be built which will back on Redwood Avenue. Mr. C.,M. Armstrong, 643 <br />Redwood Avenue,.represented the petitioners, stating that the building of <br />the courts in this fashion would be detrimental to surrounding property. <br />He stated there was a ditch which ran along the property and which the <br />A petitioners believed could be filled in so that the court could face Red- <br />wood Avenue. City Attorney McCarthy advised that the plan had been ap <br />proved by the Planning Commission in accordance with provisions of the Sub- <br />division Ordinance 0. E. Randlett and David Holder, the subdivider, <br />appeared before the Council. After considerable discussion, Councilman <br />Werder moved, seconded by Councilman Granger, that the matter be referred <br />back to the Planning Commission for consideration at their meeting to- <br />morrow night and a special meeting of the Council be held after receipt <br />of the Planning Commission's recommendation. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Bids on installation of water mains consisting of five jobs were next consid- <br />ered. According to the <br />bids received, Harvey Conner's bid was the low bid by approximately <br />$4b00 and was based on a ninety day completion.
