<br />Councilman Werder moved,'seconded by Councilman Britschgi, acceptance of the bid
<br />' of Fred T. Fairey for construction of water mains in the above areas. Motion
<br />passed unanimously.
<br />City Attorney McCarthy presented resolution accepting deed from Holder .for small area
<br />for park purposes. Councilman Armstrong offered resolution accepting deed from
<br />Holder, seconded by Councilman Werder. On roll call, resolution was.unanimouely
<br />adopted.

<br />ACCEPTING A DEED FROM DAVID HOLDER AND CLARA HOLDER, HIS WIFE.
<br />RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Redwood City that the hereunto an..
<br />nexed.Deed, dated the 25th day of November 1946, from DAVID HOLDER and CLARA HOLDER,
<br />his wife, parties of the First Part to the City of Redwood City, a municipal corpora
<br />tion in the County of San Mateo, State of California, party of the Second Part, be
<br />and the same is hereby accepted by the City 6S Redwood City, and the Clerkof said
<br />City is hereby authorized and directed to have said Deed recorded in the office of
<br />the County Recorder, said County and State.
<br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Council of
<br />the City of Redwood City at a regular meeting thereof held on the 19th day of
<br />November, 1946, by the following vote:
