Mayor <br />Hilton appointed Councilman Britschgi, McNulty and Werder. <br />Councilman Werder left -the meeting, - - <br />' Councilman Armstrong moved adoption of resolution authorizing transfer of funds from <br />unbudgeted reserve to position bond fund in the amount of $500.00, seconded by <br />Councilman McNulty. On roll call, resolution was unanimously adopted with Coun- <br />n <br />I <br />cilmen Swift and Werder absent. <br />R E S 0 L U T I ON 'No. 409 <br />AUTHORIZING TRANSPER OF FUNDS FROM UNBUDGETED RESERVE TO POSITION BOND FUND: <br />RESOLVED, that the sum of $500.00 be and it is hereby authorized tobe <br />transferred by the City Treasurer from Unbudgeted Reserve to the following: <br />Acct. 4095 - Personal Bonds - $500.00 <br />The above and foregoing resolution was passed and adopted by the Council of <br />the City of Redwood City at a regular•meeting thereof held on the 2nd day of <br />December, 1946, by the following vote: <br />Ayes and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: ARMSTRONG, BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, McNULTY and Mayor HILTON. <br />Noes and against the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: NONE <br />Absent: Councilmen: SWIFT and WERDER <br />W.
