This location <br />is within the area which is proposed to be rezoned to first residential and <br />instructions had been issued to the Building Inspector not to issue any permits <br />which would not be permitted in the first residential district. It was decided <br />that no permits for a second residential district should be issued until a recom- <br />mendation had been received from the Planning Commission in regard to rezoning" <br />this area. Mr. Sullivan was advised to revise his plans and submit them to the <br />Building Inspector. <br />Mr. Simnson Reinhard appeared before the Council requesting permission to erect a 41 <br />ll�jl x 150' structure on his lot at Arlington and Woodstock before construction was <br />25% complete on a house. The ordinance provides that the main structure must be <br />25% completed before any additional usual structures are allowed to be erected. <br />There was considerable'discussion as to whether this structure would-be considered <br />a usual structure and the use for which it was intended. Absent: Mayor Hilton. <br />It was suggested that the Council look over the property and Councilman Britschgi <br />moved., seconded by Councilman Werder, that the matter be placed on the agenda <br />for the next meeting for further consideration. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Mr.,Earle Thomas of the American Veterans' Committee appeared before the Council re- <br />questing that the Council intercede and make it possible for this committe to <br />meet in the Veterans:. Councilman <br />Werder moved, seconded by Councilman Britschgi, that the Council concur in the <br />recommendation of the Planning Commission. Motion passed unanimously. <br />Communication was referred to City Manager Blom from the State Highway Commission. A <br />check had been received for the State's share of the drainage project at E1 Camino <br />Real and James Avenue and 086.41 deducted for an unexpended balance.
