Councilman Britschgi noted absent. <br />RESOLUTION No. 663 <br />• 5 <br />ACCEPTING DEED OF EASEMENT FROM ADVANCE TOOL MANUFACTURING COMPANY, <br />A COPARTNERSHIP, <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of Redwood City, that a deed of easement from <br />Advance Tool Manufacturing Company, a copartnership, to the City of Redwood City, a <br />municipal corporation, be and it hereby is accepted by and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City. <br />Said, deed grants an easement to the City of Redwood City on property described <br />as follows: <br />t A parcel of land in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of <br />California, described as follows: <br />I�BEGINNING at the intersection of the Pulgas Ranch Line and the Northwesterly <br />i line of Hopkins Avenue (formerly Eleventh Street) as shown on that certain map <br />entitled "Town of Mezesville° recorded August 1, 1556 in Book I of Maps, page 79, <br />f San Mated County Records; THENCE along the said Northwesterly line of Hopkins <br />Avenue N 470 25' 06" E a distance of 10.39 feet to a point on the Northeasterly line <br />of that certain 10 foot easement from Tacoma Mill Co. - to the Town of Redwood City, <br />1. recorded July 111•, 1922 in Volume 47, page 46, San Mateo County Records, which point <br />is the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING: THENCE, N 550 17' 5411 11 along the Northeasterly <br />1 line of said easement and parallel to the Pulgas Line a distance of 145.48 feet; <br />thence N 47o 25' 0611 E a distance of 10.39 feet; THENCE S 550 17' 5411.E a distance <br />of 145.45 feet to the aforementioned Northwesterly line of Hopkins Avenue; THENCE <br />along said line S 47° 25' 0611 W a distance of 10.39 feet to the TRUE POINT OF <br />BEGINNING: being a strip 10.00 feet in wieth across a parcel conveyed by Douglas & <br />Woodhouse to Advance Tool Manufacturing Company. <br />Passed <br />and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof held on the 17th day of January, 1949, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: GRANGER, HOU QUIST, MORGAN, SPILLERS, SWIFT, and Mayor HERDER. <br />NOES, <br />ABSENT, <br />ATTEST: <br />Councilmen: <br />Councilmen: <br />NONE <br />BRITSCHGI <br />RALPH S. Councilman" Brit•sdhgi• no-tetl' absent. <br />R E S 0 L U•T I-0 N No. 664. <br />RECORDATION OF PERRY STREET PARKING TAT SIDEWALK AGREEIENT <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has entered into an agreement with H. W. <br />Treichel whereby he was given permission to construct a sidewalk on the property <br />belonging to the City of Redwood City, commonly known as the Perry Street Parking <br />Lot; and <br />I.
