City Engineer Jain <br />presented request and agreement to allow temporary connection to sewer lateral <br />until such time as permanent sewer would be constructed. Mr. Rojas had deposited <br />0160 for estimated pro rata cost of future permanent sewer, deposit to be applied <br />h <br />to any assessment charged against property for future sewer in Junipero Street. <br />Councilman Spillers moved that authority be granted for City Engineer and -City <br />Manager to enter into an agreement, approved by the City Attorney, seconded by <br />Councilman Britschgi, and carried. <br />E <br />STOP SIGNS: MAPLE STREET AT SPRING AND AT INTERSECTION OF SEQUOIA UNION HIGH 'SHCOOL <br />DRIVEWAY AND JAMES STREET, were recommended by City Manager Rolison, signs having <br />been recommended by the Traffic and Safety Division and had been discussed with <br />-Mr. James Flynn, Chairman of the Traffic and Safety Commission, Councilman Granger <br />offered resolution and moved adoption approving City Manager's recommendation for <br />a sign on Maple at Spring, seconded by Councilman Spillers," and carried on roll <br />call.
