<br />City Collector Perrin reported the Real Estate Committee approved the sale of this
<br />lot. Councilman Holmquist offered a resolution and moved adoption accepting deed and
<br />authorizing deed free of encumbrances including County and'City taxes, seconded by
<br />Councilman Morgan. Motion carried on roll call.

<br />described as follows was authorized:

<br />system, and accept deed to strip of land to widen the street in South Kensington
<br />Square was offered and moved for adoption by Councilman Britschgi, seconded by
<br />WHEREAS notice of intended sale of the above described property was duly pub-
<br />lished in the Redwood City Tribune once a week for three (3) successive weeks; and
<br />WHEREAS CHARLES W. DIEL submitted a bid for the above described property in
<br />the sum of Three Hundred Sixty Dollars 036o.00);
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE.AND.IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED as follows:
<br />1. That the bid of CHARLES W. DIEL is accepted by the City of Redwood City.
