<br />with Oak Ridge to the intersection with Alameda de las Pulgas; by constructing
<br />therein an 1911 reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer drain from a catch basin to
<br />be constructed therein opposite Lot 9, Block 6, Kensington Square, to the in-
<br />tersection with Oak Ridge; by constructing therein a 15" reinforced concrete
<br />pipe storm sewer drain from a catch basin to be constructed therein opposite
<br />Lot 4, Block S, Kensington Square, to•the intersection with -Lancaster Way;
<br />by constructing therein a 15" reinforced concrete pipe siphon from -a catch
<br />basin to:�be constructed opposite Lot 21, Block 4, Kensington Square, to a catch
<br />basin to be constructed at a point opposite Lot.11, Block 51 Kensington Square;
<br />by constructing therein a 10" reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer drain from
<br />a catch basin to be constructed opposite Lot 4, Block 6, Kensington Square, to
<br />a manhole opposite Lot 4, Block 6, Kensington Square and from said manhole
<br />to a catch basin to be constructed opposite Lot 4, Block 6, Kensington Square,
<br />on the north side of Jefferson; all of the above siphons and storm sewers to
<br />be complete with manholes, lampholes and all other appurtenant structures; by
<br />constructing therein all necessary sewer laterals from an existing sanitary
<br />sewer main along the southerly side of Jefferson to serve all the lots fronting
<br />on Jefferson Avenue, between Oak Ridge Drive and the easterly edge of Kensing-
<br />ton Square.
<br />(1) The improvement of Vera Avenue by constructing therein a 611 vitrified clay
<br />sanitary sewer.main from the intersection with Crompton Road to a, point oppo-
<br />site Lot 15, Block 15, Kensington Square and an 8" vitrified clay sanitary
<br />sewer main from a point opposite Lot 15, Block 15, Kensington Square to a
<br />point opposite the northerly line of Lot 7, Block 19, Kensington Square,
<br />together with all manholes, lampholes, laterals, wyes, drop manholes and other
<br />appurtenant structures; by constructing therein a 1511 reinforced concrete pipe
<br />siphon from a catch basin to be constructed opposite Lot 7, Block 16, Kensing-
<br />ton Square to a catch basin to be constructed opposite Block A. Kensington
<br />Square; by constructing therein a 15" reinforced concrete pipe siphon from a
<br />catch basin to be constructed opposite Lot 22, Block 17, Kensington Square, to
<br />a catch basin to be constructed opposite Lot 3,4, Block 18, Kensington Square;
<br />by constructing therein an 1811 reinforced concrete pipe storm sewer main from
<br />a catch basin to be.constructed opposite Lot 19, Block 18, Kensington Square;
<br />to the culvert opposite Lot 17, Block 18, Kensington Square, by constructing
<br />therein a59" by 36" corrugated metal pipe arch culvert with a reinforced con-
<br />crete head wall with hand rails, including a catch basin, all opposite Lot 17,
<br />Block 18, Kensington Square.
<br />(m) The improvement of certain public easements in Kensington Square by constructing
<br />therein a 6" vitrified clay sanitary sewer main along the rear of Lots 2, 79
<br />S, 9, Block 7, Kensington Square, to a manhole at the'intersection of Crompton
<br />and Dover Roads, and a 611 vitrified clay sanitary sewer main from a manhole in
<br />Crompton Road opposite Lot 10, Block 15, Kensington Square, along the westerly
<br />side of Lots 10, 142 15, Block 15, Kensington Square, to a point opposite
<br />Lot 4, Block 15, Kensington Square, and a 6" vitrified clay sanitary sewer main
<br />from a manhole in Alameda de las Pulgas opposite the southeasterly corner of
<br />Lot 14, Block 14, Kensington Square, along the southerly line of Lots 14, 6j7:
<br />S, 9, 102 11, 12, Block 14, Kensington Square to a point in the southwesterly
<br />corner of Lot 6, Block 14, Kensington Square; all the above 61' vitrified clay
<br />sanitary sewer mains to be complete with manholes, lampholes, wyes, laterals
<br />and other appurtenant structures; by constructing therein a 24" reinforced con-
<br />crete pipe storm sewer main from a catch basin to be constructed on Jefferson
<br />opposite Lot 2, Block 7, Kensington -Square, to a manhole in the northeasterly
<br />corner of Lot 2, Block 7, Kensington Square, thence along the northerly line of
<br />Lot 2, Block 7, Kensington Square, and thence along the rear of Lots 2, 7, 8,
<br />9, Block 7, Kensington Square, to a catch basin in Dover Road, and thence from
<br />said catch basin to a catch basin across Dover Road opposite Lot 1, Block 14,
<br />Kensington Square, to a manhole in Lot 18, Block 14, Kensington Square, thence
<br />along the southerly line of Lot 15, Block 14, Kensington Square to a creek.
<br />(n) The replacement of all existing surfacing disturbed by the work done,under
<br />Items (a) through (m), inclusive, and the construction of all necessary
<br />appurtenances to the work to be done under Items (a) through (n), inclusive.
<br />All of said work and improvements are to be constructed at the places and in
<br />the manner, and to the lines, grades and elevations, as shown. upon the plans, pro-
<br />files and'specifications made therefor and on file in the office of the City Engineer
<br />of Redwood City.
<br />Said contemplated work and improvement, in the opinion of said City Council,
<br />is of more than local or ordinary public benefit, and said Council does hereby make
<br />the cost and expenses of doing such work and improvement chargeable upon a District,
<br />which District said City Council declares to be the District benefited by said work
<br />and improvement and to be assessed to pay the entire cost and expenses thereof, and
<br />which said Assessment District is wholly within the limits of said City of Redwood
<br />City, State of California, and is described as follows:
<br />BEGINNING at the intersection of the Southeastern line of Jefferson
<br />Avenue, 70.00 feet in width, with the Northeastern line of Kensington Square
<br />as shown on that map entitled "Kensington Square, San Mateo --California",
<br />recorded in the office of the Recorder of San Mateo County on November 3,
<br />1925 in Volume 12 of Maps at Pages 74 and 75, said Northeastern line also
<br />being the Southwestern line of Central Park No. 2 Subdivision; thence 5440
