<br />declare and order that the real property hereinafter described is vacated and abandoned as a
<br />public street; _
<br />All that portion of Hilfion Street, sixty (60) feet in width,
<br />from the Northwest line of Willow Street, sixty (60) feet in width,
<br />,to the Southeast line of Laurel Street, sixty (60) feet in width,
<br />and all that portion of Willow Street,•sixty (60) feet in width, from
<br />the Northeast line of Stambaugh Street, sixty (.60) feet in width, to
<br />a line parallel to the Ndrthda:it line of Hilton Street, sixty (60)
<br />feet'in width, and sixty-five (65) feet Northeasterly therefrom; all
<br />of said portions being located in the City of Redwood City,County of
<br />San Mateo, State of California; and as described on that map entitpl
<br />led
<br />"Stambaugh Street Addition San Mateo County Californias which me
<br />was recorded on August 17, 1912 in Volume $,'Page 20 of Official'Recbrds
<br />of San Mateo County.
<br />Said Council further resolves that there is excepted from the aforementioned vacation and
<br />abandonment of streets the following: to'

<br />The permanent easement and rights at any time or from time to
<br />time to construct, maintain, operate, replace „ remove and renew sanitary .
<br />sewers, storm drains and appurtenant structures'in', npoh.'over and across -
<br />any street or part thereof•proposed,to be vacated, and to construct,,, Y
<br />maintain, operate, replace, remove, renew'and ehlarge lines of pibe1.1 -
<br />conduits,,cables,, wires, poles and other convenient structures, equipment
<br />and fixtures for the operation of gas line s, telegraphic and telephone

<br />tol purposes,includipg.aceess and the rights to keep the property free

<br />to be vacated.
<br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and he hereby is
<br />ordered to record a certified copy of this resolution in the office of the County Recorder
<br />of San Mateo County,California.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at an adjourned meeting
<br />thereof held on the 23rd day of May, 1949, by the following•votee
