<br />The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption of this resolution by publishing a Notice
<br />of Proposed Local Improvement once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily newspaper published and
<br />circulated in said City, and by posting same on or near the Council Chamber door of said Council,
<br />said posting and publication to be made at least ten (10) days before the date of said hearing.

<br />GRANTING VARIANCES TO L. M. HAWKINS, B. RUGGIERO AND A. R. BURT
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustments of the Redwood City Planning Commission, by Resolutions
<br />Numbers 48-49, 49-49 and 50-49, has made certain findings with respect to the applications of
<br />L.M. HAWKINS, B.-RUGGIERO and A. R. BURT for variances in the Zoning Laws in accordance with
<br />Sbetion 20 of Ordinance No. 600 of the City of Redwood City, and
<br />WHEREAS, the Council of Redwood City has determined that the findings contained in said
<br />Resolutions Numbdrs•48-49, 49-49 and 504+9 are correct, and reference is hereby made to said
<br />resolutions for further particulars.,-.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED as follows:
<br />19' The application of L. M. HA14KINS for a variance in the Zoning Laws of Redwood City to
<br />allow a garage beyond the front setback line on Lot 2, Block 3, Oakridge is hereby granted.
<br />2. The application'of B. Ruggiero fdr a variance in'the Zoning laws of Redwodd Cyity to
<br />allow. (2) uddersized l6-Nd'at'Hopkins Avenue and Circle Road, Lot 1, Block 16, Oak Knoll Manor
<br />is hereby granted. '- ' ' '
<br />3. The application of A. R. BURT for a variance in'the Zoning Laws of Redwood City to
<br />extend R-4 use over all of Lot 1, Block 17, at the corner of Broadway and Hopkins is hereby
<br />granted.
