<br />All work provided for herein shall be done as provihd,�in Article I of said
<br />Ordinance No. 333, as amended.
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that Monday, the 15th day of August, 1949, at
<br />the hour of 8:00 P. M., of said day, at the Council Chamber of said Council of
<br />said City, in the City Hall on Middlefield Road in said City, has been and is
<br />hereby fixed as the day, hour and place when and whereany and all persons having
<br />any objections to the proposed work and improvements described herein, or to the
<br />grade to which said work and improvements are to be done and made, or to the
<br />distz,ict proposed to be assessed for said work and improvements, may appear
<br />before said Council of said City and show cause why said proposed work and improve-
<br />ments should not be carried out and done in accordance with this resolution of
<br />intention, or why said work and improvements should not be carried out and.done
<br />at the grades as shown on the plans, profiles, and detailed drawings referred to
<br />herein, and for hearing any protests in relation to said proposed improvement.
<br />The Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, printed
<br />and circulated in said City of Redwood City, is hereby designated by the Council
<br />of said City as the newspaper in which to publish this Resolution of Intention as
<br />required by law, and the Clerk of said City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and
<br />directed to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published in said newspaper
<br />twice, as required by law.
<br />The Street Superintendent of said City of Redwood City shall cause notices
<br />of the passage of this Resolution of Intention to be posted in the time, form,
<br />manner and number as required by law.
<br />The Clerk of said City shall mail notices of the adoption of this Resolution
<br />of Intention to all persons owning real property proposed to be assessed, whose
<br />names acid addresses appear on the last equalized assessment roll for said City
<br />taxes, prior thereto, in time, form and manner as required by law.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the Cit of Redwood City at a regular
<br />meeting thereof, held on the 18th day of July, 199, by the following vote:

<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN PUBLIC EASEMENTS Lots 16 and 17 adjoining
<br />Liguori Street in the City of Redwood City was offered by Councilman Holmquist,
<br />seconded by Councilman Swift, and carried on roll call. Councilmen Morgan,
<br />Spillers, and Mayor Werder noted absent.

<br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO VACATE CERTAIN PUBLIC EASEMENTS ADJOINING LIGUORI -
<br />STREET IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY.
<br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, that it hereby declares
<br />its intention to vacate and abandon as a public parking easement, certain easements
<br />adjoining Liguori Street in the City of Redwood City, and reference is hereby made
<br />to a map on file in the office of the City*Clerk of the City of Redwood City for
<br />further particulars as to said proposed easement vacation.
<br />The portions of said easements to be vacated are particularly described as
<br />follows:
<br />THE Northerly 50 feet of Lots 16 and 17 in Block 2 as designated on the
<br />map entitled "BROADWAY No. 3 REDWOOD CITY, CALIFOR11IA RESUBDIVISION OF
<br />BLOCK 3 OF MAP No. 1 OF BROADWAY, FILED IN VOLUME -22 OF MAPS, PAGE 182
<br />AND BEING A PORTION OF SWEENEY'S ADDITION, FILED IN BOOK "C" OF MAPS AT PAGE
<br />68, SAN MATEO COUNTY RECORDS, CALIFORNIA", which map was filed in the office
<br />of the Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California on September 27,
<br />1945 in Book 21.E of Maps at pages 65 and 66, said Northerly 50 feet of Lots
<br />16 and 17 in Block 2 also being a portion of that certain strip of land,
