Citygngineer Jain submitted progress estimate <br />amounting to $41,183.58 which represents the first estimate less 10% retention which is to be held up <br />for 35 days. Payment approved on motion of Councilman nritschgi, seconded by Councilman Holmquist, <br />and carried. <br />PROGRESS REPORT - FRED J. EARLY JR. COMPANY ESTIMATE #14. On motion of Councilman Morgan, seconded by Council- <br />man Holmquist, estimate of 018,889.11 was authorized for payment. Motion carried. <br />REPORT OF FINAL TEST - SEYAGE TREATMENT PLANT. Communication from City Engineer Jain advising that tests of <br />sewage treatment plant were satisfactory. Letter also endorsed by W. G. Frost and Lawrence Brian, con- <br />sulting engineers.
