Communication was also <br />submitted stating that because they were in commercial area and sewer rental rates for commercial <br />establishments were based on quantity of water used rather than flat charge, as for dwellings, cost <br />irmi <br />of water for garden and lawn was prohibitive. This was a residence with a small office in front. <br />Mayor Werder thought this was a hardship and was in favor of the Council taking action to alleviate. <br />City Attorney did not know whether an amending resolution was necessary. Councilman Grander moved <br />Ithis be carried on the agenda in fairness to the City and Miss Heydenfeldt and that proper author- <br />[ f ities bring back recommendation, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. <br />r <br />HOOVER SCHOOL RECREATION•BUILDING. MR. HENRY DAWSON AND M. P. TRAVER APPEARED AND REFERRED TO REQUEST <br />OF SEVERAL WEEKS AGO FOP, $2900 APPROPRIATION TO COMPLETE THE BUILDING. The figures were estimated <br />by Building Inspector Duncan. Councilman Holmquist had asked that this be placed on the agenda until <br />he returned from his vacation.
