City4torney Currie explained <br />this was the usual procedure every year. At the end of year money was transferred and put back into <br />the Reserve Account after the taxes were paid. Councilman Granger offered resolution and moved adop- <br />tion, seconded by Councilman Morgan and carried on roll call.
