RESOLUTION N0. 792 RESOLUTION OF PUBLIC CONVENIENCE AN1&ECESSITY- VIRGINIA AVENUE 1 WHEREAS, on the 5th day of July, 19493 the City Council of the City of Redwood City adopted a'Resolution of Preliminary Determination to make public improvements in the City of Redwood City, being Resolution No.730 of said Council, to construct certain public improvements more particularly i 1 described therein, and did fix! therein July 181, 1949 as the time and place when and where any and all persons interested may appear and show cause, if any they have, why the City Council should not find and determine that the public convenience and necessity require the improvements described and referred to in said resolution without compliance with the Special Assessment,.Investigation, Limitation and Ma- bority Protest Act of 1931; and 74MEAS notice of the adoption of said resolution and of said time and place of hearing was given j by the City Clerk by publication and posting for the time and in the manner provided in said resolution s and Ordinance No. 515 of the City of Redwood City, as appears from the affidavits on file with the City 's j Clerk; and WHEREAS no persons objecting to the undertaking of said proceedings without first complying with f F the provisions of said Special Assessment, Investigation, Limitation, and Majority Protest Act of 1931 have filed written objections thereto with the City Clerk at or before the time fixed for said hearing by persons interested, owning or having an interest in real property within the proposed assessment district, bearing their signatures, a description of their property, and a statement of the nature of the nature of their interest therein; and WHEREAS allpersons have been given an opportunity to be and were fully heard, and said Council has duly considered any and all objections and protests made, and the said proposed improvements and the public convenience and necessity for making the same; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of theCity of Redwood City, as follows: l 1. That public convenience and necessity require the improvements described in said Resolution 4 No. 730. i2.
