<br />THIS BEING THE TIME FOR OPENING OF LENOLT IMPROVEMENT BIDS, it was explained that due to an omission in a
<br />legal document, the bids could not be opened. This was explained to the representatives of the bidders,
<br />namely Mr. McKenzie, representing L C Smith and Mr. Holmes, representing Mr. P Sorenson, and bids were
<br />returned uhopened to representatives. CityAttorney stated it would be necessary to present a correcte d
<br />Resolution of Intention, further explaining that the Council Could, if they so desired, call for bids at
<br />the meeting of November 7th, and open bids at the meeting of November 21st. Councilman Morgan offered
<br />-Resolution of Intention and moved adoption, seconded by Councilman Granger, carried on Roll Call.
