<br />AUTHORIZING EXPENDITURE OF GAS TAX FUNDS
<br />KENSINGTON SQUARE
<br />RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Redwood City, that the sum of.65,666.37
<br />be, and the same is, hereby authorized and directed to be expended from Gas Tax
<br />Funds to pay a portion of the cost of installation and construction of a certain
<br />storm sewer system ordered to be installed by said Council by Resolution No. 715,
<br />passed and adopted by said Council on May 23, 1949;
<br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that said sum of $5,666.37 shall be first deducted from the

<br />total cost of all the improvements described in Resolution of Intention No. 707,
<br />passed and adopted by said Council on May 2, 1949, prior to the computation of
<br />the individual assessments to b e made for the work under said Resolution of Inten-
