M. WERDER
¢
Mayor of the City of Redwood City
ATTEST:
RALPH S. DODGE
Clerk of the City of Redwood City
I hereby approve the foregoing resolu-
tion this 19th day of January, 1950.
W. M. WERDER
Mayor of the City of Redwood City
L. C. SMITH REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF 50 WORKING DAYS, STANLEY-WESTGATE, because of delay
due to lowering of the water, sanitary sewer and gas conduits and re -location of
poles. City Engineer Jain thought 30 days would be allowable, but under discussion
and questions by the Council in order to expedite the job Mr. Jain did think the
work could be completed in 20 working days but did not favor work being done when
the ground was boggey. Contractor originally had 120 working days and their attor-
ney, IJfr. Wilson, did not give final opinion until October 26th which delayed the
work 24 days. Ted Seufert II thought property should be made available
to owners.
