Mr. Davies appeared and said this was not the way <br />he bid. Mr. Rolison explained that to narrow down too specifically might eliminate <br />possible bids. Mr. Davies stated that last year bid specifications read the same as <br />a particular truck pamphlet requesting motor of 220 cu. in. displacement. They.had <br />no truck of this particular motor displacement on which to submit a bid.
