<br />WHEREAS ALL persons have been given an opportunity to be and were fully heard,
<br />and said Council has duly considered any and all objections and protests made, and
<br />the said proposed improvements and the publicconvenience and necessity for making
<br />the same;
<br />-NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Redwood
<br />City, as follows:
<br />1. That public convenience and necessity require the improvements described in
<br />said Resolution No. 816.
<br />2. That any and all objections and protests made pursuant to said resolution
<br />be, and the same are, hereby overruled and denied.
<br />3. That the improvements described in said resolution be made under and pursu-
<br />ant to the provisions of Article I of the Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordi-
<br />nance (Ordinance Ido. 333, adopted March 14, 1932, as amended), and that the Special
<br />Assessment, Investigation, Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931 shall not
<br />apply to said proceedings.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meet-
<br />ing thereof, held on the 16th day of January, 1950, by the following vote:
<br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution,

<br />City, as prepared by the City of Redwood City and presented to the City Council on
<br />the 16th day of January, 1950, be, and they are hereby approved and ordered filed in
<br />the office of the City Clerk of said City.
