<br />Notice is hereby given that serial bonds to represent the unpaid assessments of
<br />4925.00 or over, bearing interest at the rate of six per cent (6n) per annum will be
<br />issued pursuant to Article I of Ordinance No. 333 of said City, entitled "Redwood
<br />City Improvement Procedure Ordinance" adopted I4arch 111, 1932, as amended, the last
<br />installment of which bonds shall mature five (5) years from the 2nd day of January
<br />next succe6ding the 15th day of the next November following their date.
<br />Notice is hereby given that Monday, the 6th day of March, 1950 at the hour of
<br />eight o'clock P.h:., at the Council Chamber in the City Hall of said City, is hereby
<br />fixed as the time and place when and where any and all persons interested may appear
<br />and show cause, if any they have, why the City Council should not find and determine
<br />that the public convenience and necessity requires the improvements described and
<br />referred to in this resolution, without further compliance with the Special Assessment,
<br />Investigation, Limitation, and Majority Protest Act of 1931 of the State of California
<br />now embodied in the Streets and Highways Code of_California as Division 4 thereof.
<br />The City Clerk shall give notice of the adoption of this resolution by publishing
<br />a Notice of, Proposed Local Improvement once in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily news
<br />paper published and circulated in said City, and by posting same on or near the Coun-
<br />cil Chamber door of said Council, said posting and publication to be made at 'least ten
<br />(10) days before the date of said hearing.

<br />ORDINANCE WHICH CREATED C -1-H DISTRICT, WOODSIDE TO KENTFIELD, which provided for parking
<br />was offered for introduction by Councilman Spillers, seconded by Councilman Holmquist
<br />and carried.
<br />CITY ATTORNEY CURRIE STATED A CHECK HAD BEEN MADE PAYABLE TO ALBERT MALVINO for $76.75 for
<br />damage to a tree owned by the City. Mr. Malvin was willing to assume responsibility
<br />of replacing.tree. Councilman Morgan moved that the matter be referred to the proper
<br />authorities to settle, seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried. Councilman
<br />Britschgi voting No.
