The County should guarantee payment of their share of any expenditures made by the City in case the district should not be formed after plans and specifications were completed. Councilman Britschgi moved that City Engineer Jain take necessary steps to contact Board of Supervisors to cooperate and allow the City to proceed and ask them to share part of cost if project failed to go through, seconded by Councilman Morgan, and carried.
