WERDER <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />RESOLUTION NO. 841. APPROVING PLANS, PROFILES, ETC, SIDEWALKS ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS, AND <br />HOPKINS AVENUE was offered and moved for adoption on motion of Councilman Morgan, <br />seconded by Councilman Spillers and carried on roll call. <br />} RES 0LUTI011 No. 841. <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS, PROFILES, DETAILED DRAWINGS AND <br />SPECIFICATIONS <br />ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS AND HOPKINS AVENUE <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, that the plans, <br />profiles, detailed drawings and specifications for improvements in the City of Redwood <br />City, as prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City and presented to <br />the City Council on March 6, 1950, be and they are hereby approved and ordered filed <br />in the office of the City Clerk of said City. <br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular <br />meeting thereof, held on the 6th day of March, 1950, by the following vote: <br />AYES, and in favor of the passage and adoption of the foregoing resolution: <br />Councilmen: BRITSCHGI, GRANGER, HOLMQUIST, MORGAN, SPILLERS, SWIFT, and Mayor WERDER. <br />_. DODGE <br />Clerk of the City of Redwood City <br />RESOLUTION No. 842 OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT <br />I hereby approve the foregoing resolution <br />this 7th day of March, 1950. <br />W. M. WERDER <br />Mayor df the, City of Redwood City <br />, ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS AND <br />HOPKINS AVENUE was offered by Councilman Granger and moved for adoption, seconded by <br />Councilman Spillers and carried on roll call. <br />RES 0LUTI ON No. 42. <br />RESOLUTION OF INTENTION TO CONSTRUCT CERTAIN PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS. <br />ALAMEDA DE LAS PULGAS AND HOPKINS AVENUE <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City that the public con- <br />venience and necessity require, and that it intends to order in accordance with the <br />procedure set out in Article I of Ordinance No. 333 of said City, adopted March 114.2 <br />1932, as amended, the following work to be done and improvements to be made in and <br />for said City, to wit: <br />(a) The improvement of Alameda de las Pulgas by constructing and installing thereon <br />four inch (WI) concrete sidewalks, five feet (51) in width, on the easterly <br />side thereof from the intersection of Alameda de las Pulgas with Whipple <br />Avenue to the southerly line of Lot eleven (11). Block seven (7) Oak Knoll <br />Manor, and on the westerly side thereof from the intersection of Alameda de <br />las Pulgas with Whipple Avenue to the intersection of Alameda de las Pulgas <br />with Hopkins Avenue; by constructing and installing therein on both sides <br />thereof from the intersection of Alameda de las Pulgas with Whipple Avenue <br />to the intersection of Alameda de las Pulgas with Hopkins Avenue of concrete <br />driveway approaches to serve existing houses and residences; provided, how- <br />ever, that no sidewalks or driveways shall be constructed or installed where <br />existing sidewalks and driveways meet the established line and grade. <br />
