<br />RESOLUTION No. 852 APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM, EAGLE 'HILL ALLEYS. Councilman Spillers
<br />offered resolution and moved adoption, seconded by Councilman Holmquist and carried
<br />on roll call.

<br />APPROVING ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM

<br />WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City did, on August 15, 1949, pass
<br />and adopt a resolution, No. 758, ordering certain work and improvements, said work
<br />and improvements being described and set out in Resolution of Intention No. 749 of
<br />said Council, passed and adopted on July 18, 1949, said resolutions both being on
<br />file in the office of the Clerk of the City of Redwood City and to which resolutions
<br />reference is hereby made for further particulars; and
<br />WHEREAS said Resolution No. 758 directed the City Engineer of Redwood City to
<br />make and sign the assessments to be made for the work and improvements to be done
<br />under said Resolution of Intention No. 749; and
<br />WHEREAS the City Engineer of the City of Redwood City has prepared and presented
<br />for the approval of the Council of the City of Redwood City a diagram of the property
<br />affected or benefited by the work and improvements described in said Resolution of
<br />Intention No. 749 and to be assessed to pay the expenses thereof, said diagram show-
<br />ing each separate lot, piece or parcel of land and the dimensions of each such lot,
<br />piece or parcel of land and the relative location of the same to the work proposed
<br />to be done, all within the limits of the assessment district set out in said Resolu-
<br />tion of Intention No. 749;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT AND IT HEREBY IS RESOLVED that the diagram presented by
<br />the City Engineer for approval, as said diagram is hereinbefore described, be, and
<br />it hereby is, approved;
<br />FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Clerk of the City of Redwood City be and he.hereby is
<br />directed to certify to the date of said diagram's approval.
