BRITSCHGI <br />Mayor of the City of Redwood City <br />City Manager Rolison stated that each member of the Council <br />had received a copy of the recommended revision of Water Rates for Emerald Lake <br />and other outside territory. There were approximately 1000 consumers and about <br />25/ or 200 were fringe consumers around Eaton Avenue and on borderline of City. <br />Most of those on the borderline received City services such as street lighting, <br />police patrol, sewage disposal service. Increase in rates were approximately <br />250.
