However, on Friday April 26th, excerpts from three Council meetings pertaining to ,I this subject and a copy of our letter to the Chamber of Commerce had been forwarded to the Progress Lumber Company. Fire Underwriters for the Progress Lumber Company would be there on Wednesday, May 7th and they hoped to have an answer by then. Mr. Shipkey, or representative for them was welcome to come in the City Clerk's office in the event they had not received the Clerk's letter and a copy of same would be shown them. Motion carried. R E S O L U T I O N No. 863 APPROVING REVISION OF WATER RATES FOR TERRITORY OUTSIDE REDWOOD CITY LIMITS. WHEREAS the Water Department of,Redwood City has submitted to the Council of Redwood City certain changes in the Rules and Regulations for Redwood City Water Department, approved December 15, 1947; and ; WHEREAS the Council desires to approve said recommended changes; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City, as follows: 1. That the changes hereinafter set out, made in the Rules and Regulations for Redwood City Water Department, approved December 15, 190, effective January 12 1948, be and the same are hereby approved. 2.
