RESOLUTION No. 867 AUTHORIZING CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE NORTH FAIR OAKS SEWER PUMPING PLANT AGREEMENT RESOLVED, by the Council of Redwood City, as follows: qjL 1. That the Council is desirous of approving and approves the modification of that certain agreement dated July 15, 1947, entered into between City of Redwood City and County of San Mateo and the Town of Atherton. 2. That the City Manager of Redwood City be and he hereby is authorized to execute an agreement with the aforementioned bodies modifying the aforementioned agree- ment so that the City of Redwood City will take over and operate the North Fair Oaks Sewer Pumping Plant.
