A. Britschgi, Floyd D. Granger, <br />H. E. Holmquist, A. H. Morgan, Jr., R. B. Spillers, A. V. Swift, Mayor W. M. Werder, <br />and City Clerk R.• S. Dodge. Also present were: City Manager E. A. Rolison, City <br />Attorney C. -B. Currie, Police Chief C. L. Collins, Assistant Building Inspector <br />Stephen Kreiss, Fire Chief J. L. Lodi, Building Inspector L. M. Duncan, Assessor - <br />Auditor J. J. Brophy, Administrative Assistant R. D. Miller, City Collector <br />P. E. Perrin. <br />APPROVAL OF•MINUTES: Minutes of regular meeting of November 1st, and special meeting <br />of November 8th were approved as mailed on motion of Councilman Morgan, seconded by <br />Councilman Spillers, and carried. <br />PERSONNEL BOARD. Mr. Russell J. Cooney, personnel director and Secretary of County had <br />been considered as possible appointee to vacancy on this -board, but submitted letter <br />of appreciation for consideration in this connection, and requested that no further <br />consideration be given him, in view of controversy at previous Council meeting. <br />Letter was ordered filed. <br />STAFFORD PARK. Mr. C. Kusel, who lived adjacent to Stafford Park, submitted a letter <br />objecting to this area being used for play without supervision until further arrange - <br />menta are made for a cultural center. Their house served as backstop in several <br />instances for football; he also objected to profane language; boys refused to co- <br />operate and it was necessary to call the police to get any satidfaction.
