r* M <br />82 C <br />and carried on roll call. <br />RESOLUTION No. 642 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY APPROVING SECOND <br />SUPPLEMENTAL MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR EXPENDITURE OF 1/4 CENT GAS TAX <br />ALLOCATED FOR STATE HIGHWAYS <br />WHEREAS, the State of California, through its Department of Public Works, <br />Division of Highways, has presented a second supplemental memorandum of agreement <br />in accordance with a project statement submitted by the city for expenditure of the <br />1/4 cent gas tax for the 1945 fiscal year allocated for State highways in the City <br />of Redwood City; and ' <br />WHEREAS, the city council has heard read said agreement in full and is famili- <br />ar with the contents thereof; <br />THEREFORE, be it resolved by the city council of the City of Redwood City that <br />said agreement for expenditure of the 1/4 cent gas tax allocated for State highways <br />be and the same is hereby approved, and the Mayor and the City Clerk are directed <br />to sign the same on behalf of said City. <br />ADOPTED this 6th day of December, 1945. <br />W. Authority granted <br />on motion of Councilman Morgan, seconded by Councilman Holmquist, and carried. <br />COMMUNICATION RECEIVED FROM GEO.
