<br />TRANSFERRING $1000.00 FROM UNBUDGETED RESERVE TO PAINTING DEPARTMENT -SUPPLIES
<br />AND SERVICES FOR RAILROAD CROSSINGS
<br />WHEREAS the PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION of the -State of California has recom-
<br />mended certain improvements to be made on certain railroad crossings, the expense
<br />of which improvements are to be shared by the SOUTHERN PACIFIC COMPANY, THE STATE
<br />OF CALIFORNIA, and the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY; and
<br />WHEREAS the CITY OF REDWOOD CITY'S share of such expenses is to be approx-
<br />imately One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00);
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00)
<br />is hereby ordered transferred from Unbudgeted Reserve to Painting Department -Supplies
<br />and Services, Account No. 422.2, for improvements to railroad crossings.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular

<br />Park No.2, this amount having been offered by the former City Attorney. This pay-
<br />ment was authorized on motion of Councilman Morgan, seconded by Councilman Swift,

<br />mittee. Councilman Britschgi offered resolution and moved adoption transferring
