Communication read from the Planning Commission <br />1�recommending approval of tentative map of the Murphy Subdivision subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the cul-de-sac on Garenia Place be eliminated and that Arguello <br />Street be carried through to intersect Gardenia Place at right angles. <br />2. That the name Arguello be carried through to Violet Street replacing <br />the name Gardenia Place. <br />3. That Arguello be carried through on an 80 foot right of way to °E° Street. <br />4. That street lighting be required to meet approval of the City Engineer. <br />
