<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and said Council of said City does determine, that
<br />serial bonds bearing interest at the rate of not to exceed six per cent (6%) per
<br />;
<br />annum will be issued pursuant to Article-,.I of the Redwood City Improvement Pro-
<br />cedure Ordinance (Ordinance.No- 333, adopted March 14, 1932, as amended) to rep-
<br />resent each assessment of Twenty-Five Dollars ($25.00) or more, the last installment
<br />of which bonds shall mature nine (9) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding
<br />the 15th day of the next November following their date. .
<br />All work provided for herein shall be done as provided in Article I of said
<br />Ordinance No. 33, as amended.
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that Friday, the 24th day of September, 1949, at
<br />the hour of 9:00 p.m. of said day, at the Council Chamber of said Council of said City,

<br />in the City Hall on Middlefield Road in said City, has been and is hereby fixed as the
<br />day, hour and place when and where any and all persons having any objections to the
<br />proposed work and improvements described herein, or to the grade to which said work
<br />and improvements are to be done and made, or to the district proposed to be assessed
<br />for said work and improvements, may appear before said Council of said City and

<br />show cause why said proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and
<br />done in accordance with this resolution of intention or why said work and improve-
<br />!'
<br />ments should not be carried out and done At the grades as shown on the plans;'pro-
<br />filea,-and•detailed'drawings referred to herein, and for hearing any.protests in
<br />relation to said proposed improvement,
<br />The Redwood City Tribune, a daily (except Sunday) newspaper, published, printed
<br />and circulated in said City of Redwood City, is hereby designated by the Council of
<br />said City as the newspaper in which to publish this Resolution of Intention as re-
<br />quired by law, and the Clerk of said City of Redwood City is hereby ordered and di-
<br />rected to cause this Resolution of Intention to be published in said newspaper twice,
<br />as required by law.
<br />The Street Superintendent of said City of Redwood City shall cause notices of
<br />the passage of this Resolution of Intention to be posted in the time, form, manner
<br />and number as required by law.
<br />The Clerk of said City shall mail notices of the adoption of this Resolution
<br />of Intention to all persons owning real property proposed to be assessed, whose
<br />names and addresses appear on the last equalized assessment roll for said City taxes
<br />prior thereto, in time, form and manner as required by law.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular meet-
<br />ing thereof held on the 30th day of August, 1948s by the following vote:

<br />PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS, TENNIS COURTS, RECREATION AREA. This matter was hels over until
<br />the meeting of September 7th.
<br />TENTATIVE MAP, MURPHY SUBDIVISION. Communication read from the Planning Commission
<br />1�recommending approval of tentative map of the Murphy Subdivision subject to the
<br />following conditions:
<br />1. That the cul-de-sac on Garenia Place be eliminated and that Arguello
<br />Street be carried through to intersect Gardenia Place at right angles.
<br />2. That the name Arguello be carried through to Violet Street replacing
<br />the name Gardenia Place.
<br />3. That Arguello be carried through on an 80 foot right of way to °E° Street.
<br />4. That street lighting be required to meet approval of the City Engineer.
