RESOLUTION No. 927 RESOLUTION CONFIRMING ASSESSMENTS AND ASSESSMENT DIAGRAM ALAIdEDA DE LAS PULGAS AND HOPKINS AVENUE WHEREAS the Council of the City of Redwood City, on March 6, 1950, duly and regularly passed and adopted Resolution No. 842, declaring its intention to make certain improvements in the City of Redwood City, more particulalry described in said resolution and to which resolution reference is hereby made for further par- ticulars; and WHEREAS an assessment diagram was prepared and approved by the Council of Redwood City on July 3, 1950, to which diagram reference is hereby made for further particulars; and WHEREAS said improvements have been satisfactorily completed; and WHEREAS proper notice of the filing of said assessment was given by the Clerk of the City of Redwood City by posting.. causing to be published and mailing notices Of the assessment to each person owning property proposed to be assessed therefor, as said persons? names and addresses appeared on the last equalized assessment roll for City taxes; and WHEREAS a hearing was held on August 7, 1950 in the City Hall of the City of Redwood City at which time all written protests to said 'assessment were read; and WHEREAS all protests, oral or written, ,were duly overruled and denied WHEREAS all other written protests, if any, were overruled; NOW, THEREFORE, the Council of the City of Redwood City resolves as follows: That the assessments and the assessment diagram attached thereto, covering the cost of certain improvements made in the Cit of Redwood City and described in Resolution No. 842, to which resolution reference is hereby made for further particu- "I and which assessment has been filed mi th the Clerk of the City of Redwood City, be and the same is hereby approved and confirmed.
