<br />There is excepted from said district all streets and other public property used in the
<br />Performance of a public function.
<br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, and said Council of said City does determine that serial
<br />bonds to represent the unapid assessments of $25.00 or over, bearing interest at the
<br />rate of six percent (6%) per annum will be issued pursuant to Article I of Ordinance
<br />No. 333 of said City, entitled "Redwood City Improvement Procedure Ordinance", adopt-
<br />ed March 14, 1932, as amended, the last installment of which bonds shall mature four-
<br />teen (14) years from the 2nd day of January next succeeding the 15th day of the next
<br />Plovember following their date.
<br />Reference is herebymade to the resolution of said Council determining to make
<br />said improvements withot compliance with the Special Assessment, Investigation,
<br />Limitation and Majority Protest Act of 1931, being Resolution No. 912 on file in the
<br />Office of the- Cit, Clerk of said City.
<br />All work provided for herein shall be done as provided in Articl I of said Or-
<br />dinance No. 3332 as amended.

<br />City, in the City Hall on LUddlefield Road in said City, has been and is hereby fixed
<br />as the day, hour and place when and where any and allpersons having; any objections to
<br />the Proposed work and improvements described herein, or to the grade of which said
<br />IYOPk and improvements are to be done and made, or to the district proposed to be
<br />assessed for said work and improvements, may appear before said Council of said City
<br />and show; cause whysaid proposed work and improvements should not be carried out and
<br />done in accordancwith this resolution of intention, or why said work and improve-
<br />ments should not be carried out and done at thegrades as shown on the plans, pro-
<br />files, and detailed drawin s referred to herein, and for hearing any protests in re-
<br />lation to said g

<br />The Redwood Cit- Tribune a daily(except Sunday) news a er published, printed
<br />and circulated in said Citi* of RedwooCity, is hereby designated by the Council of
<br />said City as the newspaper in which to publish this Resolution of Intention as re-
<br />quired by law and the Clerk of said Cityof Redwood City is hereby ordered and diaeet-
