<br />ORDEING CALL FOR BIDS
<br />OAK, REUSE and JOHNSON STREETS
<br />RESOLVED by the Council of Redwood City as follows:
<br />1. Sealed proposals or bids are hereby invited for doing all of the work de-
<br />scribed in Resolution of Intention No. 954 adopted by said Council on August 281 1950,
<br />to which resolution reference is hereby made for further particulars.
<br />2. The Clerk of Redwood City is hereby ordered and directed to post a notice
<br />conspicuously for five (5) days on or near the Council Chamber door of the Council of
<br />Redwood City, inviting; sealed proposals or bids for doing the work and making the im-
<br />provements described in Resolution of Intention No. 954.
<br />3. The Clerk of Redwood City is m dared and directed to publish a notice invit-
<br />ing sealed proposals or bids for the work described in Resolution of Intention No.
<br />954, for the period required by law, in the Redwood City Tribune, a daily'(except
<br />Sunday) newspaper of general circulation, published, printed and circulated in the
<br />City of Redwood City and hereby designated for that purpose by the Council of said
<br />City. Said notice shall refer to the plans, profiles, detailed drawings and speci-
<br />fications on rile in the office of the City Clerk for a detailed description of the
<br />work to be done.
<br />4. Said sealed proposals or bids will be publicly opened, examined, and de-
<br />clared by the Council of Redwood City in the Council Chamber at or about the hour of
<br />8:00 o'clock P.M. on September 18, 1950, and all bids must be filed with the Clerk
<br />of the Council of Redwood City on or before such date and hour.
<br />Passed and adopted by the Council of the City of Redwood City at a regular
<br />adjourned neeting thereof, held on the 28th day of August, 1950by the following
