The Commission will keep the Council advised; <br />be <br />*: of further developments. On motion of Councilman Granger, seconded by Councilman <br />shi <br />Spillers, the, matter was placed on the agenda for the November bth meeting. <br />MOVE <br />REAL ESTATE COMPdITTHE REPORT ON ANIMAL SHELTER SITE. The Committee met with Paul Whaley, <br />4 111-11 Mr, Hall <br />Andrew Spinas and Ohester Lebsack and discussed the matter re sale of pound property , <br />buil <br />.� to the School Board. It was agreed, subject to approval of the City Council and the <br />!i! Iik agre <br />7 1 ° School Board, to selh the property in question for the sure of §4750, the City to move <br />the pound building and tear down the partially completed recreation building.
