Co. be accepted. Councilman Royer stated he had served on a committee with former Council- <br />man Weirder, and at that time they had recommended relaxation of the ordinance to allow emergency orhard- <br />ship cases the right to park over night, the permission to be granted by the Police Department at its <br />own discretion. He further recommended that the City Attorney be directed to prepare an amendment, if <br />I, <br />necessary, to take care of such hardship cases.
