Letter of March <br />5th was submitted signed by City Manager Rolison, City Engineer Jain, City Attorney <br />and by Mr. Henry B. Martin accepting conditions stated therein. This sum had been <br />retained by the City to cover cost of additional inspection fees from September <br />16th, 1950 to the completion of the contract on the Swim Pool.
