After discussion as to days on which boards would not be allowed to operate, Councilman Royer moved, seconded by Council Herkner, that boards be eliminated from Broadway and Main, on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, Councilman Herkner moved that fee be raised from $1.00 to '010.00 per day, seconded by Councilman Morgan. They suggest that the best safety measure for this area would be to pass ordinance making it illegal to park a car on a hill without turning wheels into curb.
