WAGSTAFFE WAS IN ACCORD WITH THE NiOTI.ONS ADOPTED, did not think a spot check <br />was fair to the Council or the City Engineer as there were so many variable aspects. <br />ATTORNEY BLACK STATED THAT IN LINE WITH THIS DEVELOPMENT NATIONAL MOTOR BEARING PROPERTY <br />WOULD BE SPLIT AND THIS BROUGHT UP AN INCREASED PROBLEM` OF PARKING and as they are <br />cooperating -on the project of opening up Broadway, Mr. Black asked that some way be <br />considered for opening up National Avenue immediately which would assist them in their <br />parking problem. At this time Mr. Black introduced Mr. Bulkley stated the company would <br />give this to the City. Before considering fill, engineering facts and figures would have <br />to be ascertained. With reference to 2071 and 2075 Broadway they would like to have the same consid" <br />oration that is being given the Frank properties.
