<br />was fair to the Council or the City Engineer as there were so many variable aspects.
<br />ATTORNEY BLACK STATED THAT IN LINE WITH THIS DEVELOPMENT NATIONAL MOTOR BEARING PROPERTY
<br />WOULD BE SPLIT AND THIS BROUGHT UP AN INCREASED PROBLEM` OF PARKING and as they are
