The improving of Marshall Street as herein proposed to be extended, a <br />portion of which was heretofore known as Liguori Street, between Jefferson Avenue <br />and Chestnut Street, Broadway between Chestnut Street and Redwood Industrial Tract <br />No. 1 Subdivision, Maple Street and Beech Street between Broadway and said <br />Marshall Street, Chestnut Street between Broadway and a point 150 feet northerly <br />of said Marshall Street, by constructing therein an electrical system complete <br />consisting of underground cable and conduit, standard eleetroliers complete with <br />luminaries, together with the reconstruction of the electrical equipment complete <br />in the existing regulator station approximately 25 feet on county property on the <br />east side of Chestnut Street approximately 425 feet northerly of Broadway. <br />19. The acquisition of all property, the construction of all work and the <br />furnishing of all material necessary therefor auxiliary to any of the work pro- <br />vided to be done in Sections l through 18 hereof, which may be required to carry <br />out the same. <br />20. Whenever any public way is herein referred to as running between two <br />public ways, or from or to any public way, the intersections of the public, ways <br />referred to are included to the extent that work shall be shown on the plans to <br />be done. <br />21.
